COTA CampJazz
Delaware Water Gap, PA (POCONOS)
COTA CAMPJAZZ is scheduled for July 26th - August 1st 2010. Sponsored by the Delaware Water Gap Celebration of the Arts (COTA) and its Fund for Young Musicians, this one-week program is an intense and inspiring experience for all aspiring jazz musicians - instrumentalists and vocalists - minimum age 13 through adult. Students will - play in small ensembles based on ability - experience lunchtime faculty concerts and master classes - learn the fundamentals of improvisation from a world-class faculty of performing artists who share a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Headlined by world-renowned legends such as Phil Woods, David Liebman, and Urbie Green, the 32nd Annual Delaware Water Gap Celebration of the Arts (COTA) packs 18 sets of ensemble jazz performances, plus theater, dance, and arts, into a three-day festival in the scenic Borough of Delaware Water Gap, from Friday, September 12, through Sunday, September 14.
